9.1 Vehicle Purchases Through Dealers
Cancellations, refunds, and return policies for vehicles purchased through authorised Bonjoev dealers are governed by the dealer's individual booking terms and the Company's Dealer Purchase Agreement. Customers are advised to carefully read and retain the booking receipt and purchase invoice.
9.2 Future Online Purchases

11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11.2 Dispute Resolution — Good Faith
Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
11.3 Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the arbitration to be conducted at Jaipur, in the English language, before a single mutually appointed arbitrator.
11.4 Consumer Grievances
Consumers may also lodge complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum having jurisdiction.
11.5 Modification of Terms
