1. Overview

This policy covers booking refunds, cancellations and returns. Because purchases are completed through authorised dealers, your dealer is your first point of contact for any refund.

2. Booking / Token Refunds

If you cancel a booking before delivery, any refundable token amount is returned as per your dealer's stated terms, typically within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once a vehicle is registered to you and delivered, cancellation is treated as a return and assessed case by case.

4. Returns & Defects

If your scooter arrives with a manufacturing defect, report it to your dealer immediately. Verified manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced under warranty at no cost.

5. Warranty Claims

Battery and component issues within the warranty period are handled through the dealer network with assured service. Keep your invoice and warranty card for faster processing.

6. Process & Timeline

Raise a request on WhatsApp or with your dealer. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; timelines depend on your bank.
